ALCO's Artisan Loaf is our signature sourdough. It is long-fermented for flavor, digestibility, & nutrition and baked on a stone hearth. This loaf is made from organic flours & has the satisfying taste of a farmer's market country loaf. It's great for family dinners, a charcuterie board, or a morning tartine.
